Rules!

• Credit me! Link back to the original stock image or to my main page. If off DA use you still need to credit me in a prominent place with a link back here for credit.

• Let me know you used it by leaving a comment in the stock linking to your work! I suppose you can note me too, but I prefer a comment on the stock, just make sure I get to see it!

• Open for all use on DA (make prints, have fun go wild, whatever).

• Be respectful, do not use my photos in anything generally regarded as hateful, hurtful, degrading, depicting acts of violence or prejudiced. If your using it for dark or surreal art that is fine, I think people can understand the distinction here. If your really not sure ask.

• Do whatever non-commercial thing you want with them. I'm open to stuff that makes money (commercial) but talk to me for permission and see if we can work something out.

• Unedited photos may not be redistributed in any way, minor editing does not cut it to call it yours (color adjustment, only throwing a texture on top etc.). If you do anything with it you need to give me a credit even if you make a totally new background for redistrubution and all my rules need to be followed! If you can't be certain about that (i.e. the no commercial without permission) don't do it.

And of course, all images are copyright to me. They are mine, don't take them without permission, don't claim them as your own / take credit, and don't use them for anything not allowed! Any unauthorized publishing or redistribution of these images is copyright theft and just plain tacky.


*Note: I have most of these posted at 900 pixels in width as "full view". That is simply so people can get a better view of them without seeing the whole huge thing if they don't want. All of the images are available for download at higher resolution, just hit "download".
